编者按：12 月 7 日，北京當局放棄「清零政策」后，中國疫情爆炸性增長，由于隐瞒实情，.死亡实际人数之多无法弄清。此时中共再次大开国门，令整個世界感到恐慌與害怕。為此，中國海外民運組織連署致世界各國政府的公開信，要求断航和追责：

Resolutely Stopped New Variants of Coronavirus from China ----- An Open Letter to the All Governments around the World

12 月 7 日，北京當局放棄「清零政策」后，不再進行大規模核酸篩查。中國中國疫情爆炸性增長，令整個世界感到恐慌與害怕。為此，中國海外民運組織連署致世界各國政府的公開信：
正如一句諺語所說：被同一塊石頭絆倒兩次是莫大的恥辱。
As an old proverb says: It is a terrible shame to trip over the same stone twice.
2020 年殷鑒不遠，中共又攪動新一輪疫情。多方面資料證實，中共正有意放開邊境，放任大批已呈陽性的乘客出境，若不果斷及時阻止，整個世界將會再次陷入災難深重的浩劫！
The year of 2020 is not far away, and the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) has stirred up another new period of epidemic. According to various data, the Communist Party of China is intentionally liberalizing its borders to allow a large number of passengers who have tested positive to leave the country. If the governments do not decisively stop them in time, the whole world will once again be plunged into a catastrophic catastrophe!
共產黨不打倒，世界不會好！這已是一個毋庸置疑的共識。可是，這個世界的進步力量對中共的從容、妥協已經太久了。大難當前，已沒有多少時間猶豫了！
Unless the Communist Party is defeated, the world will not get better. This has been an unquestionable consensus. However, the world has been submissive and compromising with the CCP for too long. There is not much time to hesitate when a great disaster is coming!
為此，我們緊急呼籲如下：
For this purpose, we urgently appeal to all governments as follows:
一、在中共謊言欺世，封鎖資訊的情況下，千萬不要低估中共的惡意，各國應毫不猶豫地採取鎔斷措施，直到危害解除。
1. With the CCP's lies deceiving the world and blocking information, never underestimate the CCP's malicious intent, and countries should not hesitate to take frontier measures until the harm is lifted.
二、在臨近大規模爆發之前已入境的中國旅客，需要重點監測和隔離。
2. Chinese travelers who have entered the country before the approach of a large-scale outbreak need to be monitored and quarantined in a focused manner.
三、應該對每一乘客，包括已在出國前檢測呈陰性的乘客進行檢測。中國方面的檢測會由於種種原因而造假。
3. Every passenger should be tested, including those who have tested negative before leaving China. Testing can be faked for a variety of reasons in China.
四、啟動對中共「武漢病毒」的追責。武漢病毒爆發後，病毒株所呈特徵與石正麗所發表的論文相似，此輪爆發已印證病毒導致白肺化的特徵。
4. Launch of the pursuit of the Chinese Communist Party's 'Wuhan virus'. After the Wuhan virus outbreak, the virus strain showed characteristics similar to the paper published by Shi Zhengli. This period outbreak has confirmed the characteristics of the virus causing white lung.
保障公民的生命健康是各國政府的首要任務！
