华语青年挺藏会：为自由而书：致藏人良心犯的明信片（Writing for Freedom: Postcards to Tibetan Political Prisoners）（上）
2025 年 1 月 26 日，我们在北加州藏人社区中心的新年集市上举办了“写明信片，送祝福——给藏人良心犯的洛萨新年问候”活动。
On January 26th, 2025, we hosted the "Postcard Writing for Tibetan Prisoners of Conscience – Sending Losar New Year’s Blessings" event at the Losar Fair organized by the Tibetan Association of Northern California.
我们精心整理了 20 位藏人良心犯的背景资料和案情，并为藏人朋友们书写的明信片进行中文翻译，同时填写中文地址。
We carefully compiled background and profiles of 20 Tibetan prisoners of conscience, and translated the messages written by Tibetan attendees into Chinese while also helping to fill in the addresses in Chinese.
最终，我们共收集了 84 封 寄给藏地良心犯的新年祝福明信片，并整理了一些精选明信片合集。
In total, we collected 84 postcards for Tibetan prisoners of conscience and curated a selection of them as highlights.
其中，一位 阿妈啦 在摊位上坐了很久，想为每一位藏人良心犯都写一封新年贺卡。她写了 10 张，她说她很感动，能把祝福传到境内高墙内的同胞手中。
Among them, one Ama-la sat at the booth for a long time, wanting to write a postcard for each Tibetan prisoner of conscience. She wrote 10 cards and said she was very moved to be able to pass on the blessings to her compatriots behind the high walls in Tibet.
许多藏族孩子们用画笔和稚嫩的文字，向雪域高原的他们送去了问候和祝愿。许多父母特意带着孩子来到我们的摊位，我们耐心地向他们讲述这些勇敢抗争者的故事，以及写下这封明信片的意义。
Many Tibetan children also used their drawings and simple words to send their wishes and greetings to those enduring hardships in Tibet. Many parents brought their children to our booth, and patiently shared the stories of those who have fought for freedom and explained the significance of writing these postcards.
与此同时，也有藏人对我们是汉人感到惊讶。
Some Tibetans were also surprised that we were all Chinese.
一位 阿佳啦 问我们是不是汉人，我们回答说：“ང་ཚོ་ཚང་མ་རྒྱ་མི་ཡིན།”（我们都是汉人）。“སྙིང་རྗེ།（慈悲啊）”，她开心地说道，接着用中文对我们说：“我爱你”。
One Aca-la asked us, "Are you all Chinese?" We replied in Tibetan: “ང་ཚོ་ཚང་མ་རྒྱ་མི་ཡིན།” (We are all Chinese). “སྙིང་རྗེ། (nyingje)”, she smiled warmly and said in Chinese to us, "Wo Ai Ni” (I love you).
这正是我们成立 华语青年挺藏会 的初衷——我们希望藏人朋友们知道，我们新一代的华语青年愿意和藏人站在一起。
This moment encapsulated the very reason we founded Chinese Youth Stand for Tibet—to let Tibetans know that the new generation of Chinese youth will stand with Tibet!
对于历史上藏人遭受的苦难，我们深感惭愧和抱歉。身为享有汉人特权的一员，我们或许永远无法完全理解藏人的创伤，但我们愿竭尽全力，作为汉藏沟通的桥梁，希望藏人有一天可以选择自己的未来。
We feel deep shame and sorrow for the historical atrocities committed against Tibetans. As beneficiaries of Han privilege, we may never fully comprehend the wounds of the Tibetan people, but we will do our utmost to serve as a bridge of understanding and hopefully one day Tibetans can pursue self-determination.

ཨ་ནྱ་སེངྒེ། / 阿亚桑扎 / Anya Sengdra

阿亚桑扎，青海省果洛藏族自治州甘德县牧民，曾任牧委会主任及反腐倡导者。2014 年，他与牧民成立“芒珠林”组织，揭露官员贪腐、非法采矿与狩猎，并向政府请愿，深受当地尊敬。同年因 2008 年旧案被捕，判刑 1 年 10 个月，2016 年获释。2018 年，他因维权要求合理住房补助再次被捕，以“寻衅滋事”罪名被判 7 年，刑期至 2025 年 9 月 3 日。2020 年 5 月，9 名联合国人权专员呼吁撤销指控，6 月二审维持原判，7 月被送往青海门源监狱。
Anya Sengdra, a Tibetan herder from Gadê, Qinghai, was a former pastoral committee director and anti-corruption advocate. In 2014, he co-founded the "Mangzhulin" organization with local herders to expose corruption, illegal mining, and poaching, earning widespread respect. That year, he was arrested for a 2008 case and sentenced to 1 year and 10 months, released in 2016. In 2018, he was arrested again for advocating fair housing subsidies and sentenced to 7 years for "picking quarrels and provoking trouble," with his term ending in 2025. In May 2020, nine UN human rights experts urged the charges be dropped, but his appeal was rejected in June, and he was sent to Menyuan Prison in July.
སྒོ་ཤེས་རབ་རྒྱ་མཚོ། / 果·喜饶嘉措 / Go Sherab Gyatso

2021 年 2 月 3 日，中国政府以“煽动分裂国家”罪名秘密判处果·喜饶嘉措十年有期徒刑。果·喜饶嘉措是一位著名的西藏宗教哲学家，也是来自阿坝的一位颇有造诣的藏文作家，着有数本关于藏传佛教哲学、传统和文化方面的著作。他因在入狱早期患上慢性肺部疾病，但当局拒绝为他提供医疗服务。导致他的健康状况每况愈下，引发了人们对他生命安全的担忧。49 岁的果·喜饶嘉措因努力保护西藏的宗教、语言和文化曾多次遭捕。
On February 3, 2021, the Chinese government secretly sentenced Go Sherab Gyatso to ten years in prison on charges of "inciting separatism." Go Sherab Gyatso is a renowned Tibetan religious philosopher and an accomplished Tibetan writer from Ngawa. He is the author of several books on Tibetan Buddhist philosophy, tradition, and culture. He developed a chronic lung condition early in his imprisonment, but authorities refused to provide him with medical care. His health has been deteriorated, raising concerns about his safety. The 49-year-old Go Sherab Gyatso has been arrested multiple times for his efforts to protect Tibetan religion, language, and culture.
བློ་བཟང་སྦྱིན་པ། / 罗桑金巴 / Lobsang Jinpa

罗桑金巴，西藏当卓寺副院长，2019 年因僧侣曲嘉旺波在拉萨丢失手机，暴露其与尼泊尔藏僧的联系及 2015 年地震捐款记录，被指勾结境外势力，寺院遭突袭，僧人被政治洗脑，多人遭殴打，1 人自杀。数月后，他与 3 名僧人被正式逮捕，并于 2020 年被判 19 年刑期。现疑被关押在拉萨扎基监狱，情况不明。
Lobsang Jinpa, deputy abbot of Tengdro Monastery, was arrested in 2019 after a lost phone revealed his contact with Nepalese monks and records of donations for the 2015 earthquake, leading to accusations of collusion with foreign forces. The monastery was raided, monks faced political indoctrination, beatings, and one committed suicide. Months later, Jinpa and three monks were formally arrested and, in 2020, sentenced to 19 years. He is reportedly held in Lhasa’s Drapchi Prison, but his current status remains unclear.
